Dr. Eden Weldetnsae is an Eritrean-American Seattle native. She received her Bachelor of Science degree in Physiology from University of Washington. She then went to earn her Doctor of Optometry degree from Western University of Health Sciences. Through her various clinical rotations, Dr. Eden had the opportunity to develop her clinical skills in vision therapy, pediatric eye care, ocular disease, low vision, and specialty contact lenses.
Professionally, Dr. Eden enjoys being able to provide patient-centric quality eye care. She also enjoys giving back to the community. Throughout her time as a student, she had opportunities to serve in vision screenings as well as in mission trips with the Lion’s Club providing care for communities in need.
When she is not in clinic, Dr. Eden loves spending time with friends and family. She also enjoys running and the outdoors. She is fluent in Spanish and Tigrinya.
Dr. Eden is a member of the American Optometric Association and is excited to be serving the families in Snohomish, Everett, Mill Creek, Bothell, and Lynwood.
