About Dr. Andrew Loisel

Dr. Andrew Loisel grew up in Vancouver, Washington and earned his Bachelor of Science in Physiology from the University of Washington before completing his Doctor of Optometry degree at Pacific University College of Optometry. He completed clinical externships with an emphasis on specialty contact lenses, ocular disease, and primary care, including training at Devers Eye Institute and the Roseburg VA Medical Center. Dr. Loisel is committed to educating his patients about their eyes and vision so they feel empowered to make informed decisions about their health.
